Congratulations to our TY Entrepreneurs

The South Cork School's Enterprise Awards were held virtually today. In total, 7 schools showcased 33 businesses. Once again, the quality and proposals of all the projects was extremely high, taking into consideration the challenges these businesses had to overcome. The commitment, dedication and enthusiasm of all these groups is commendable.

Congratulations to the members of the Go GAA Glove who won the Best Innovative Business Award. Their business idea saw them develop a GAA glove that incorporated an external pocket to hold a mouth guard and money while training. This innovative product proved to be very successful with GAA players.

Congratulations also to the members of CLIP who won Best Production Development Award for their outstanding production and promotion methods as well as being awarded Runners-up in the coveted Senior Category Award.

We would like to congratulate Millstreet Community School who won first prize in the Senior Category and a huge thank you to the panel of adjudicators who had a tough job in selecting the winners.
