Dear parent/student,
If you intend receiving an accredited grade in a subject that you study outside of school, you
must complete an Initial Information form and return it to the Principal by the 15 th April. This
form can be found here: https://www.gov.ie/en/form/83b63-out-of-school-subjects-and-out-of-school-learners-initial-information-form/
It is also important that you familiarise yourself with the process involved in receiving an
Accredited Grade in a subject that you study outside of school. The following document and
